APCO International and GovWorx have announced a partnership to bring APCO’s recognized communications protocols into GovWorx’s CommsCoach ASSIST platform. This collaboration will help emergency communications centers streamline operations, improve protocol adherence, and provide telecommunicators with real-time, AI-enabled call guidance aligned with trusted public safety standards. APCO’s protocols are expected to be available within CommsCoach ASSIST in July 2026.

From frontline 9-1-1 operations to senior roles at the DC Office of Unified Communications and the DC Metropolitan Police Department, Tipi has led efforts in training, quality assurance, and organizational strategy. A NENA CMCP and APCO RPL certified leader, she will help agencies strengthen support for emergency communications professionals throughout their careers, advancing GovWorx’s mission to elevate quality, training, and engagement.
