About GovWorx

GovWorx serves Law Enforcement, 911 Emergency Communications Centers, and Fire/EMS agencies throughout the US, helping them address massive pressures related to staffing, morale, and training. Our responsible AI solutions assist agencies in leveraging various types of operational data, including 911 audio, CAD incidents, body-worn camera events, police RMS reports, voice radio audio, patient care reports (ePCR) and more, to help first responder agencies achieve the highest levels of performance and efficiency. Chief Paul Pazen (ret.)
Law Enforcement Advisor

Chief Pazen served with the Denver CO Police Department for more than 27 years, the last 4 as Chief of Police. He is currently the host of the Police Chief Podcast and Public Safety Fellow for the Common Sense Institute. Chief Pazen is also the founder of Community Safety Solutions, a unique solution that helps departments reduce crime by preventing it. We are  honored to have Chief Pazen as a part of our team helping law enforcement prepare the next generation of officers.

Lori Henricksen
911 Instructor and Advisor

Lori Henricksen has dedicated her career to Public Safety Emergency Communications, first serving with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police for more than 14 years and then as the founding program leader for the 911 dispatch program at Veterans Tribute Career and Technical High School in Nevada. She is the host of the Comms Coach podcast, and IAED Academy Instructor. She is also the founder of BX3 Public Safety, a 911 training and curriculum services company. Lori serves as our in-house expert in all things Emergency Communications and shares our passion for preparing the next generation of emergency telecommunicators.

Karin Ellis
Director of Customer Engagement

Karin Ellis has more than 12 years of experience bringing software solutions to customers around the country. For the last 6 years Karin has worked with Law Enforcement agencies and Emergency Communications Centers helping them connect with Field Training Officer and Communications Training Officer software and programs. At GovWorx, Karin manages the relationships with our customers from Day 1 onward.

Scott MacDonald
Co-Founder

Scott MacDonald has spent his entire career in Public Safety. First as a practitioner as a firefighter and then an emergency communications supervisor, followed by 20 years of designing and delivering full suites of public safety applications as Product Leader for Motorola, TriTech and PowerDMS. As co-founder of CueHit and GovWorx, Scott has been able to help shed light on the incredible work done by our first responders, on both sides of the radio.

These evaluations require no additional effort from overworked supervisors and trainers, freeing up valuable time to focus on more impactful tasks.

Auto-Summary
: BluAssist helps officers and supervisors read event summaries based on RMS reports, CAD data and body-worn camera (BWC) audio.

Review: BluAssist helps guide supervisors as they review RMS reports sent to them for approval. By using the same type of technology as a “grammarly”-type application, Sergeants can be directed to specific areas of the officer’s report that may require attention or a critical eye.

Evaluate: MedAssist evaluates a medic’s ePCR reports and assists in the end to end QA of care provided and documented. Leveraging data from CAD, ePCR and a variety of device outputs, our library of protocols and compliance rules help ensure that EMS are adhering to local policies and best practices.

Auto-Draft: MedAssist helps medics draft ePCR reports based on the audio captured in the MedAssist app on scene. Combining this with CAD, other device data and best practice guidelines, reducing time on paperwork and ensuring consistency.
